The mission of the Rising Phoenix Foundation is to lower the crime rates while adding value to the community, by providing mentorship, counseling and job training for ex-offenders.

Helping people overcome their addictions and anger issues is a must for the participants to succeed.

Offering guidance during and after completion of the program will help participants avoid future mistakes that can cause further problems in their lives.
Job Training, Education, Placement
We prepare participants for the workforce.
Alternative Sentencing
Participant's sentence could include program completion.
Halfway House
We offer halfway house programs for offenders recently released from prison.
